Today you pay $1. After 7 days, your subscription renews at $39.99/month unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@finishmydocs.com.
What you pay today
Your first completed document costs $1.00 (USD), charged once when you complete it. You are never charged anything before that point — uploading and editing a document does not trigger a charge.
What the $1 unlocks
The $1 payment starts a 7-day trial with full access to everything FinishMyDocs offers: edit, fill, and sign unlimited documents, download, print, email, and share them, invite others to e-sign, export pages as PNG or JPEG, and store documents securely in your dashboard.
Renewal
When the 7-day trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at $39.99/month and continues monthly until you cancel. By starting the trial you authorize this recurring charge through our payment processor, Stripe. Your next renewal date is always visible in Dashboard → Billing. If you cancel before the trial ends, the monthly fee is never charged.
How charges appear on your statement
Charges from us appear as FINISHMYDOCS.COM on your card statement. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number — we only receive the card brand and last four digits. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us and we will sort it out quickly.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired card), we retry the charge over the following days and notify you by email. If payment still cannot be collected, your subscription access pauses until the payment method is updated — we do not pile on late fees, and your documents remain in your account.
Cancelling stops renewals
Cancel anytime: one click in Dashboard → Billing, or email support@finishmydocs.com. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Step-by-step instructions: how to cancel. Policy details: cancellation policy.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with a charge, contact us within 7 days of the charge. The $1 trial fee is refundable on request if the service failed to deliver your document, and monthly charges are reviewed case by case — we err on the side of the customer. Full details: refund policy.
